3:00 PM - Semi choppy with a lot of closeouts... Dropping the rating to 5...
12:00 PM - The surf is starting to look good with the incoming tide and lighter winds! It's waist to chest high and semi glassy with light SE winds. We'll bump the rating up to 6. We should have some fun surf this afternoon. Give it a check and stay tuned...
7:00 AM - It may be a little smaller this morning but we still have waves... It's waist to almost chest high and semi glassy with light SE winds. We'll keep the rating at 5. It seems to have a little morning sickness and the wind is on it early but it should be another fun day of surf ahead. Stay tuned...

Last year Alek Parker, Cory Lopez and a small crew of other dudes started making the "hurricane chasing" videos. This one they chase hurricane Alex to the hellfire state of Texas! yeeehaww!!
