12:00 PM - Small groundswell lines coming in this afternoon... It's knee to waist high and semi glassy to semi choppy with light onshore winds. We'll pull the the rating back down to a 4. We have some rideable surf but it's a bit weak and crumbly. As the tide drops and the onshore winds pick up, the surf should drop too. Stay tuned...
7:30 AM - The waves look a little larger this morning... It's knee to waist high + with light W winds and an incoming tide. We'll bump the rating up to 5. The forecast is for larger surf today with light and variable winds. It may be worth a check if you are into a small wave session. Stay Tuned...

Aaron Frosio grew up in Neptune Beach, FL. surfing the same east coast
waves you have been surfing all your life. He came up through the amateur
ranks of the ESA and NSSA and received many titles along the way. This
paved the way for a professional career on the WQS where he was ranked
among the top 60 surfers in the world. He traveled the world for 7 years
and surfed many different waves. The ones he fell in love with are in
Costa Rica. Aaron has 16 years of surfing experience in Costa Rica. His
knowledge of this area will put you on the right break at the right time.

a restaurant and a surf museum was conceived by owner Mike Ferrara. He
is a local surfer with extensive restaurant experience. The surfing heritage
